Children’s Fitness Tax Credit Information

House League players

Below are instructions for house league players to obtain a receipt for tax purposes.

To begin, go the Quick Enrollment link and then follow these instructions.

1. The QE Email Help page will display.  Scroll to the bottom and click on the CLICK HERE link.
2. Select the first statement that indicates that you have your password.
3. Enter your ID and Password then click the GO button.
4. Your QE Family Profile will be displayed. Click on the INVOICES/PAYMENT RECEIPTS link located at the bottom of the page.
5. Click on the VIEW/PRINT PAYMENT RECEIPTS tab at the top right.
6. Click on the VIEW RECEIPTS link for each child.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the PRINT button.

** you may also email a copy of the receipt to the main contact by clicking on the EMAIL button.
